Bundled knowledge, decades of expertise from experts in various fields of SAP technology/architecture consulting and our own equally experienced and solid application development is the basis for our success and steady growth with our long-standing and partly international customers.
In March 2023, we were selected as EMPLOYER OF THE FUTURE – an initiative supported by the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. As a company that has received this award, we believe that we are well positioned in the labor market and, of course, in the face of the ubiquitous “war for talent” to continue to attract talent and grow organically together.
The award was given in particular to companies with a clear digitization strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. The focus was on modern leadership and employee friendliness, an appreciative and positive corporate culture, flat hierarchies, flexible compensation models and attractive employee benefits.
