nexQuent as EMPLOYER OF THE FUTURE
We were awarded as EMPLOYER OF THE FUTURE!
As a competent SAP technology consulting and development company with locations in Germany (Hamburg and Frankfurt) and a focus on SAP technology & operations, infrastructure, cloud integration & automation, as well as archiving & security, we are the central point of contact for our customers when it comes to building, expanding and operating hybrid SAP/IT landscapes. Bundled knowledge, decades of expertise from experts in various fields of SAP technology/architecture consulting and our own equally experienced and solid application development is the basis for our success and steady growth with our long-standing and partly international customers.
In March 2023, we were selected as EMPLOYER OF THE FUTURE – an initiative supported by the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. As a company that has received this award, we believe that we are well positioned in the labor market and, of course, in the face of the ubiquitous “war for talent” to continue to attract talent and grow organically together.
The award was given in particular to companies with a clear digitization strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. The focus was on modern leadership and employee friendliness, an appreciative and positive corporate culture, flat hierarchies, flexible compensation models and attractive employee benefits. In addition, there are individual training and development opportunities. These criteria have all led to the nexQuent Group receiving this award, underlining its quality as an excellent employer.
Frank Hasemann, Managing Director of nexQuent Consulting GmbH: “This award makes it clear to us that we set the right course early on and also for the future: The committee distinguished our company as innovative, modern and digital. We define ourselves as a forward-thinking employer that always acts with a sense of proportion and pragmatism, but never loses sight of the focus on future trends, quality and “the people”.” We are pleased – together with all our colleagues – to have received this title.
